Our Process

After purchasing your desired service, you'll receive notifications containing an onboarding form and a scheduling link. We'll meet for an official onboarding call to confirm your onboarding form submissions, and take note of any other details of before building out your assets for review.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much ad spend can you work with?

We have experience working on accounts that spend anywhere from $1k - $100k/month. At the very least, we recommend allocating $1k for FB and $1.5k for Google to start with.

If there are no restrictions on your account, then we can get you setup and live within 2 business days of our onboarding call.

What happens if the account doesn’t get results?

We are very confident in our ability to run campaigns that drive positive results. We run high impact tests on audiences, keywords, and creative variables to assess what drives results. If, after 3 months a campaign does not get results, we’ll have an answer as to why (ie: not enough budget, demographics, etc) and we'll be happy to pass on the torch. In our 10+ years of practice, we can only recall 2 accounts that did not perform after several months, so this is a rare situation.

Is this a long-term contract?

Nope! However, we ask that you give us at least 3 months. This is a fair and reasonable amount of time to thoroughly test and achieve results within a campaign. If you like the results at the end of the 3-month period then you can renew. If not, then we can part ways hassle-free.

I have multiple services to advertise. Is that okay?

Of course! Our base rate ($497/month) to manage ads covers one main service. Any additional service/campaign you’d like to run - regardless of budget - is just an extra $125/month.

What does your reporting include?

Our paid ads reporting is in the form of a 4-page slide deck. (1) title slide. (2) month overview of spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. (3) Table comparing month over month metrics. (4) recent optimizations & next steps.

Our SEO reporting will cover content indexing performance, organic keyword rankings, local map pack rankings, & GMB performance. You will also have access to our lead CRM to see how many organic leads your site is generating.

How do we communicate about updates?

You can ask us questions, send over any resources/assets, or provide updates via email: rbmarketingsolutions@gmail.com.

In most cases you’ll receive a relatively quick response, but give us at least 24 hours to respond if you don’t hear back right away.

What's included in the monthly website fee?

The $150/month charge covers monthly maintenance for any major edits, the website chatbot widget, and form submission notification setup.

We will provide you a link with some training videos on how to do basic edits yourself (changing text, colors, images, etc).

You will have full control and ownership of the site, even though it is hosted under our HighLevel CRM account. If you wish to host it under your own account, contact us and we will set you up.

Do I have to provide any assets for you to use?

Website: Please provide logo files, brand color/font guidelines, and any relevant business-specific images you would want used throughout the website

Paid ads: Not as necessary for paid ads, but still helpful! We’re fully capable of doing our research and coming up with excellent ad copies and creatives to test each month. Anything you can provide will always help though!
